Company Overview – Making An Impact

Meeting your financial goals happens through precise and diligent planning — not by chance. A customized personal financial plan can help you feel confident that you will achieve what you want out of life. Whether that means early retirement, funding college educations for your kids or grandkids, investing in real estate or a second home, or financing a new business venture, Impact Capital is there for you.

Impact Capital creates customized investment solutions by considering each component that affects your financial well-being. Our advisors are fiduciaries, which means your interests come first. Our fees have no hidden agendas, and our independent investment specialists provide peace of mind through coordinated investment and financial advice. When it comes to investments, your success is our success.

With the resources of the E. Cohen Family of Companies, we build enduring relationships with our clients by customizing services to suit your needs with the utmost integrity, confidentiality, and personal attention. We have taken care of some of the region’s most prominent companies, individuals, and families with our comprehensive suite of services for years. Together, we bring together department in a way that is not available through most traditional firms or sole solution providers.

In 2018, IMPACT CAPITAL was founded by Eric Cohen, Bill Bancroft, and Daniel Cohen. Eric and Daniel are senior accountants and principals at E. Cohen, one of the largest CPA firms in the Washington, DC area. Bill is a senior financial advisor who has spent his career at top-tier wealth management firms.

When we met, we quickly realized we shared values around client service, integrated planning, transparency, accountability, and technology. From there, we saw an opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to the wealth management industry.

Coordinating and communicating across your different professional relationships is what we call acting as your Personal Board of Advisors. Knowing that your affairs are being overseen by a fiduciary — an advisor who has the legal responsibility to put your interests ahead of our own — provides you peace of mind so that you can spend more time doing the things you love.
